You spend over a third of your life in bed so it’s worth thinking about your sleep wardrobe and giving it some attention. What you wear can have a huge impact on the quality of your sleep and your general wellbeing. Temperature regulation, comfort and breathability are all important. 1. Classic boxer and t-shirt
