The Standard fame, celebrates his first London venture with the opening of The Chiltern Firehouse, a Grade II listed former firehouse (you probably guessed) now turned hotel and restaurant. That should be enough to peak your interest, but why stop there? Balazs stole Michelin starred chef Nuno Mendes (formerly of much lauded Viajante) to run the restaurant. Coup.
