HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

All our sizing runs true to size and is measured by waist size for the most accurate, flattering fit. If you are between sizes, we would recommend that you go up to the nearest size. As our garments are made with the finest cotton, there is some minor natural shrinkage that occurs during washing. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

Orders up to £100: DHL Express: £10.00

 REST OF THE WORLD (1-5 days)
Orders up to £150: DHL International: £20.00
Orders £150+: DHL International: FREE

Those items for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
If you're not happy with your purchase just return it within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Due to the nature of the product itmust be in its original and unworn condition.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your return using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Hamilton and Hare will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to exchange or refund a personalised item unless incorrect or faulty.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
All our garments are made from natural fibres and are suitable to be washed at 30 degrees. Because they are natural fibres, there will be some very minor shrinkage over series of washes but this shouldn't impact on the fit.

 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your tracking reference upon dispatch of your order. Alternatively we can check the current status of your shipment by emailing us at helpful@hamiltonandhare.com.

We consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. We may use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please send an email message to helpful@hamiltonandhare.com. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the users qualifications and to bill the user for products.
