These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hamilton and Hare and our users. By using or accessing or visiting www.hamiltonandhare.com, you agree and/or affirm to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to anything in these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, do not use our Website or Services.


Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unless otherwise stated, items on the Hamilton and Hare website are in stock and available for delivery. If your item becomes unavailable we contact you as soon as possible to inform you and you will be offered a full refund. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the services that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Ownership in the products passes to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products including delivery charges. We reserve the right not to accept your order or to refuse to process a transaction at any time at our sole discretion. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us, on the following terms and conditions.


Discount Codes

Welcome Discount
Sign up to our newsletter and receive 10% off your first order. A unique code will be emailed directly which can only be used once. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes (including subscription discount and sale items where a discount automatically applies), excluding shipping discounts when spending over a certain amount. Offered worldwide.

Price and Payment

The prices payable for the goods and/or services that you order are as set out in our website. If you fail at any time to pay any charges due in accordance with these terms and conditions we may, in our discretion and without prejudice to our other rights, refuse to provide you with our goods and/or services. We need not provide you with advance notice in such circumstances.Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation of sale.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes our products may be incorrectly priced. Where there is a discrepancy in price, and the stated price is less than the correct price for the products we will contact you for instructions before delivery or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Where the stated price is more than the correct price, we will charge you the lower amount when making delivery to you.We use SagePay secure payments to process payments through our websites and do not make any representation or warranty with regard to their service. The internet is not a secure medium.


International Deliveries

Those items for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.


Returns and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase just return it within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Due to the nature of the product it must be returned in its original and unworn condition.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Hamilton and Hare will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to exchange or refund a personalised item unless incorrect or faulty.
We endeavour to issue any refund or exchange within 48hrs of receiving back to the warehouse and being processed. Please note during sales periods we experience a high volume of return and exchange requests which might delay our usual processing time. We sometimes offer our customers the chance to purchase certain limited styles prior to release. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and guarantees the goods will be shipped immediately once the product arrives into stock.

Due to the nature of some of these releases we cannot always confirm when the goods will arrive into stock, however, we will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
