We use either UK Mail or DHL to deliver our parcels worldwide. You should receive a tracking number with your order confirmation once it has been dispatched.

ORDERS OVER £100: Free UK Mail (1-2 Days) Please note orders placed on working days before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day and benefit from the next working day service.

Next Day Delivery

Orders must be placed before 2pm GMT. Orders received on Friday will be delivered next working day (Monday) unless Saturday Guarantee service is selected.

Click and Collect
We now offer our customers across the U.K a convenient Click & Collect service in conjunction with our partner HubBox. This service will allow you to pick up your goods when you want and at a location that's convenient for you. No more missed deliveries. Choose the 'Click and Collect' option when choosing your shipping method at the checkout stage. Enter your postcode and the Hub Box collection points will shown. Select the retailer that's the most convenient for you and continue. You can also choose to collect your order from our Hamilton and Hare flagship ship store. Simply enter our postcode W1U 7PP in the search bar. If you choose to collect your item from us any shipping fee's incurred with be refunded upon collection. Once you have completed checkout you will receive the order confirmation from us as normal. HubBox will also then send you a confirmation along with details of what happens next and you'll receive another message when your item arrives in the store and is available to collect.

International Orders

To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you use the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.

We work in partnership with Global-e, a third-party fulfilment partner, so that you can buy and ship your products to over 100 destinations worldwide. When you buy Hamilton and Hare products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is recorded as "Global e/Hamilton and Hare". By placing your order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Global-e.

Taxes & Duties

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the EU. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. During the checkout process, duties and taxes will be calculated for shipping to your country (for supported countries only) based on the items in your shopping cart. If there are duties and taxes for your order, you can choose to prepay them during the checkout and you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes). If you choose not to prepay, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees when you receive the order.

Personalisation Orders

All our monogrammed orders are completed at our studio. During busy periods please allow 7 workings for us to complete your order. If you require your items urgently please contact us at helpful@hamiltonandhare.com and we can give you an estimated date of delivery.
