Delivery Network:

Our carries are currently experiencing no issues with their delivery service throughout their network and continue to deliver parcels without any major disruptions to service. However, advised delivery times below should now only be used as a guide and they can no longer be guaranteed.

Monogramming Service:

Our personalisation service is carried out at our London flagship store. Given current restrictions, please allow up to 10 working days for us to complete any monogramming requests. Please email should you have any questions regarding this service at this time.

UK Next Day Delivery:

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day via our express 24hr delivery service. While our couriers continue to operate as normal some delays to delivery are expected and therefore we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service at this time.

ORDERS OVER £200.00: Free UK Express Delivery (1-2 Days). Please note orders placed on working days before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day.
ORDERS UNDER £35: For smaller baskets (x1 pair underwear) we offer an economy delivery option (2-3 days). £3.99

Taxes & Duties:

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the EU. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. During the checkout process, duties and taxes will be calculated for shipping to your country (for supported countries only) based on the items in your shopping cart. If there are duties and taxes for your order, you can choose to prepay them during the checkout and you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes). If you choose not to prepay, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees when you receive the order.
