HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

All our sizing runs true to size and is measured by waist size for the most accurate, flattering fit. If you are between sizes, we would recommend that you go up to the nearest size. As our garments are made with the finest cotton, there is some minor natural shrinkage that occurs during washing. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

Order online and collect the same day from our 39 Chiltern Street store. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

EUROPE
Orders up to £100: First Class Recorded & Signed for Delivery (1-10 days): £10.00
Orders £85+: DHL Courier (1-2 days) FREE

 REST OF THE WORLD
Orders up to £100: DHL courier delivery (1-3 days): £10.00
Orders £85+: DHL Courier (1-3 days) FREE

Those items for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
All our garments are made from natural fibres and are suitable to be washed at 30 degrees. Because they are natural fibres, there will be some very minor shrinkage over series of washes but this shouldn't impact on the fit.

 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the current status of your shipment by emailing us at helpful@hamiltonandhare.com. Please quote your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you with your shipping confirmation. We will store a record of your transactions too.

 
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
We consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. We may use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please send an email message to helpful@hamiltonandhare.com. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the users qualifications and to bill the user for products.
