- The loyalty card can be used against our AW17 collection and selected continuity products. Underwear purchases or our underwear multi-pack options are exempt. 
- Loyalty vouchers can be redeemed at Hamilton and Hare Chiltern Street, or at hamiltonandhare.com, by the expiry date printed on this voucher.

- The Hamilton and Hare loyalty card must be presented at the time of redemption of the loyalty voucher and the voucher can only be used by the person(s) to whom it was addressed. 
- Regrettably no change can be given and no cash alternative is available.
- Loyalty vouchers are valid for one transaction only.
- When redeemed online, voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotional code.
- When redeemed in store, Loyalty vouchers can be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount including card member events.
- Loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed against Hamilton and Hare gift vouchers.
- In store, if items purchased with loyalty vouchers are returned, a credit note will be offered (no cash refund).
- When returning online orders our usual T&C's apply. A refund or credit note will be offered. Loyalty vouchers must be redeemed by November 30th 2017. Therefore, loyalty vouchers will not be re-issued after this date as a result of a online return.
