Click and Collect
We now offer our customers across the U.K a convenient Click & Collect service in conjunction with our partner HubBox. This service will allow you to pick up your goods when you want and at a location that's convenient for you. No more missed deliveries.
Choose the 'Click and Collect' option when choosing your shipping method at the checkout stage. Enter your postcode and the Hub Box collection points will shown. Select the retailer that's the most convenient for you and continue.
You can also choose to collect your order from our Hamilton and Hare flagship ship store. Simply enter our postcode W1U 7PP in the search bar. If you choose to collect your item from us any shipping fee's incurred with be refunded upon collection.
Once you have completed checkout you will receive the order confirmation from us as normal. HubBox will also then send you a confirmation along with details of what happens next and you'll receive another message when your item arrives in the store and is available to collect.
Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our returns policy on all online orders placed from November 20th 2017. So if it's not right you can exchange or return hassle free until 14th January 2018.
If you're not happy with your purchase just return it within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Due to the nature of the product it must be in its original and unworn condition.
FREE UK Returns
We offer FREE UK returns through Collect+. You can drop your return into one of 5,900 local convenience stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week.
All you need do is :
- Fill in the returns form that came with your order.
- Pack up the item (you can reuse our packaging). Don’t forget to include the returns form.
- Go to http://return.hamiltonandhare.com/ and generate a returns label.
- Print out the returns label and stick it to your package.
- Drop your parcel off at whichever Collect+ point is easiest for you.
You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.
If you want to use a different service at your own cost, that's fine too.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your return using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Hamilton and Hare will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to exchange or refund a personalised item unless incorrect or faulty.
What to do when returning by post:
Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
Select the the reason for the exchange or return.
State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition — so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.
If goods are return from outside UK/EU/EEA please mark the box "returned goods".
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their "original" condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning goods to Hamilton and Hare is the responsibility of the customer.
