What is your return policy?
Your first underwear pair is covered under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
For all subsequent underwear purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them in. For all other products, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if the items are in the original, unworn condition you received them in.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee On Your First Pair of Underwear.
We think our underwear is a game-changer. If you don't agree, we'll happily provide a full refund (the price of the item) or exchange within 30 days on your first pair.
Please note: The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first single pair (x1) of underwear. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Returning your item to us.
We offer FREE UK returns through Collect+. You can drop your return into one of 5,900 local convenience stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week. All you need do is :
1. Fill in the returns form that came with your order.
2. Pack up the item (you can reuse our packaging). Don't forget to include the returns form.
3. Go to http://return.hamiltonandhare.com/ and generate a returns label.
4. Print out the returns label and stick it to your package. 5. Drop your parcel off at whichever Collect+ point is easiest for you. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.
If you want to use a different service at your own cost, that's fine too. We recommend a tracked and insured method of return. Are returns address is listed at the bottom of this page.
Returning outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pre-paid returns service for customers outside the UK at this time. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your return using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. If goods are return from outside UK/EU/EEA please mark the box "returned goods".
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection via our DHL courier at a discounted rate. The cost of this will then be deducted from the refund amount when processed. If you would like to use this service please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
Hamilton and Hare will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
